I have been working in television since high school, both in front and behind the camera. While at Syracuse, I have served as a producer, MMJ reporter, analyst, host, and anchor covering a plethora of sports and teams.

I began my radio career at Syracuse University and since have expanded my abilities. I have held roles as a play-by-play broadcaster, studio host, update anchor, feature reporting, game producer, and board operator.

As any successful broadcaster knows, being able to write is an important skill to have. I have worked on that skill by writing for multiple publications throughout my journalism career.

Hello, I'm Jaron May, thanks for visiting my website. I'm a student studying Broadcast Digital Journalism at the S.I. Newhouse School at Syracuse University. I have always had a passion for sports and have combined that with my love of journalism. As an aspiring sports broadcaster, I am hoping to leverage a vast background of journalism and video production to secure internships and jobs.

On this site, you will find samples of my play-by-play, story telling, hosting, anchoring and writing. Please feel free to reach out at any time at jaron.may16@gmail.com.
